Overview Netbiter (12 MB)
Website Netbiter HMS

The eWON Netbiter EC360 is part of the EWON Netbiter remote management solution. It connects to industrial machines via Modbus (serial or TCP / IP), SAE-J1939, Ethernet / IP, SNMP, or digital I / O and sends data to IIoT platform Netbiter Argos ™ via Ethernet or 4G mobile communication.

4G support
The EC360's 3G & 4G communication provides increased performance over GPRS and increases cellular geographic range. With support for 5 different 4G bands and 3 for 3G, the Netbiter EC360 is a product suitable for the global and mobile market.

Most important features

Designed for worldwide use with additional support for 5 different 4G bands

Suitable for "Remote Access" functions via the cloud-based Netbiter Argos ™ website.

Two completely separate Ethernet interfaces (WAN and LAN) allow secure communication to the installation in the field.

A built-in GPS receiver makes the EC360 suitable for mobile device management.

Analog and digital signals and sensors can be directly connected to the Netbiter gateway.

Remote access - Remote Machine and PLC configuration
The Netbiter EC360 supports the "Remote Access" functionality. This means that users can open a secure connection to remotely configure or control machines from any location using standard software. Remote access provides a secure VPN data tunnel to the remote equipment.

For example, if a Netbiter is connected to a PLC, it is possible to debug or program the PLC remotely from any location, using the same PLC configuration software as usual.

How it works
The Netbiter EC360 gateway connects to your equipment using a serial, Ethernet or I / O connection.

Once the Netbiter gateway is connected, an automatic connection is made via the internet or mobile network (GSM / GPRS / 3G / 4G) to the Netbiter Argos data center.

This means that you only need to physically connect the gateway, the configuration can be done remotely from the Argos website.
