You can place your order on a bank transfer with Duranmatic. This means that you receive a Pro-forma Invoice from Duranmatic, which contains all our data; the amount to be paid by you with the Order number. Please mention the order number when paying. At the moment the payment is credited to our bank account, we will send the order as soon as possible.
You can pay with iDEAL at Duranmatic (Netherlands only) a service from different banks that offer you the possibility to pay quickly and safely. The payment is immediately paid so we can deliver the order quickly. For stock items, orders are delivered and paid before 16:00, the next working day at home.
Duranmatic offers you the possibility to pay by credit card. However, it is only possible to have this through PayPal due to the high credit card costs in the Netherlands. We are also forced to charge 3% of the total amount for credit card payments as a result of our competitive pricing. PayPal offers you certainty of your payment, see the PayPal site www.paypal.nl. The credit card payment is immediately credited to us so it does not delay the order.
Bancontact / Mister Cash:
In our webshop you can pay safely and securely with Bancontact / Mister Cash, the payment method for Belgian consumers. With more than 1 billion payments per year, Bancontact / Mister Cash is by far the most popular method of payment in Belgium.
Buy on account: (Invoice 30 days, for companies)
Excisting business customers can buy on account from Duranmatic.
There are a few rules for this:
- You are already a registered customer at Duranmatic
- You have already placed orders with us before
- You can submit a guaranteed extract from the Chamber of Commerce, not older than 6 months.
- We also receive a signed purchase order for each order.
I have already paid for my order in advance, but it has not yet been sent. How is this possible?
With prepayment, depending on your bank, you have to take into account a processing time of 2 to 4 days. As soon as the payment has been received by us, your order will be prepared immediately for shipment.
I want to pay on account but this does not work, how is this possible?
In a number of cases payment on account (via internet banking) is not possible:
- The delivery address does not match the billing address.
- The invoice of a previous order has not yet been paid.
You can then use one of our other payment options.
In some cases, as is customary in the online market, we can check your creditworthiness with the aid of credit information agencies. The outcome of this can affect the payment options you have at your disposal. We reserve the right not to accept the payment option of paying on account for certain orders and to offer you one of the other payment options instead.
